Are you a dynamic, innovative and inspirational Early Years Teacher? Do you want the opportunity to make a difference in a Nursery School in Special Measures?
This is an exciting opportunity to provide high quality learning experiences within our Nursery School.
This post will involve a significant teaching commitment as well as a range of leadership and management tasks to support the day-to-day running of the school.
You must have: A thorough understanding of the EYFS; a creative approach to teaching and learning and the ability to lead, inspire and motivate both children and adults; high expectations and be able to communicate these to tackle under-performance.
Applicants seeking secondment must have the approval of their Governing Body before applying for this post. All shortlisted candidates will be visited in their current setting by the Acting Headteacher and Early Years Adviser to observe teaching. This will take place on 11 or 14 February 2011.
