The governors are looking for a headteacher who: shows outstanding leadership and communication skills across the school community; demonstrates the ability to manage, motivate and inspire a team of staff; is proactive, empathetic and provides a forward thinking style of communication with the parent community through the governing body and Friends of St Joseph; must be a baptised, practising Catholic and maintain, develop and lead the school’s links with the local Catholic church and community
