The Governors wish to appoint a committed leader to join our thriving infant and nursery school. We are seeking someone who possesses the following qualities:
- Strong and dynamic leadership, communication, management and classroom skills:
- has a clear vision for the school;
- is able to inspire, motivate and support staff;
- will work closely with governors in maintaining and developing good practice from EYFS to KS1;
- has a clear understanding of how assessment shapes learning;
- who is also committed to upholding the Christian ethos of the school.
