The school is centrally located in Barnstaple, a market town in North Devon- within easy reach of the M5 via the North Devon Link Road, and are surrounded by National Parks and picturesque coastline. We have a wide catchment area, and cater for pupils with SLD, PMLD, ASD and some with challenging behaviour as part of their educational need.
This ‘special’ school is a welcoming and vibrant environment for pupil learning. We have an enhanced Outreach programme, and are well supported by the PTFA, parents and the local community. We celebrate our pupils' achievements and consider them to be excellent ambassadors for the school.
