The Governors are seeking to appoint a caring and enthusiastic headteacher to continue to take the school forward while maintaining its character and to build on our already recognised high achievements. It is envisaged that this will be someone who will want to maintain contact with children through some teaching commitment. Instow is a successful, oversubscribed and highly regarded village school. It is set in an area of outstanding natural beauty. The staff team is friendly, hard-working and supportive. Thre are strong links with parents and the local community and the children are well behaved, caring and eager to learn.
