The governing body is seeking to appoint a dynamic leader who can move the College forward from the current Ofsted judgement of ‘good’ (May 2008) to ‘outstanding’. The successful candidates will be expected to inspire staff, students and parents, raise expectations, continue to develop community engagement and further improve the standing of the College in the local community.
